Do I have to sign up ahead of time?
Yes, everyone must register at least 2hrs before class starts through our Wellness Living App or the website. If you want to sign up after the 2hr window, send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 346-760-3517 and we would be happy to assist you!
- Can I get an extension if my package is about to expire?
We have a strict policy and don't do extensions. Make sure to double check how much time you have to use your classes before they expire. For class bundles it’s 90 days and for drop-ins it’s 60 days after the day of purchase. We automatically send reminders near the expiration date to help you stay on track!
- Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final at TCA. But in the event of purchasing the wrong item, we have a 24hr window where you can call or email us and we will gladly transfer your credit to use for the correct item! Simply contact us within that timeframe after the initial purchase.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. Early cancellation is anytime up to 24hrs before the class starts and you will be able to change your reservation for a future class of the same value. After that early cancellation window, it will be considered a late cancellation and we will be unable to make any changes to your reservation.
- Do you have a weather policy?
In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel the class and you will be able to reschedule a makeup class within 7 days of your original booking.
