Our studio holds limited capacity, and many of our classes get full fast. For this reason, we request that you cancel throught the Wellness Living Portal at least 24 hours before your scheduled aerial, ground or flying trapeze class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student. Keep in mind there are no refunds or extensions after purchase.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment/reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the respective class time for regular classes and 24 hours for flying trapeze. A no-show is when a client misses a class without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client the class.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. after the 24 hour window However, if you give us at least a 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit half of your payment toward another booking. However, if you do not cancel with at least a 24 hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
50% of the booking value is required to hold the appoinment for birthday parties. 100% of the booking value is required to hold the appoinment for private lessons.
A $10 fee may be added for re-scheduling. 3 consecutive re-schedules without a successful meeting equals a late cancellation
